Hairwraps UK Account FAQ.

Try resetting your password by selecting the forgotten password link.

You will need an account with us to view previous orders.


In your 'My Account' there is an Order History option where you can see all your orders, including any returns that have been made.

If you placed an order via 'Guest Checkout' then please contact me with the details, and I will endeavour to find the order for you.

In the 'My Account' page there is an option to 'Modify your address book entries'. Clicking here will allow you to add a new address or to modify an existing address.

If you are unable to login, then clicking the 'Forgotten Password' link will allow you to reset your password.

If you simply want to change an existing password, then enter 'My Account' page and click on the 'Password' or 'Change your Password' links.
