UK Shipping:

'First Class Signed For' : £3.00. - service will require a signature, so someone will need to be present to accept delivery.

FREE delivery on all U.K. orders over £25.

International Shipping:

FREE International Shipping on orders over £80.00 -  Enter voucher code - FREE80 at checkout.

Europe - £9.50 Tracked & Signed ***

World Zone 1 (inc. Canada) - £10.50 International Tracked   ***

World Zone 2 (inc. Australia) - £11.50 International Tracked ***

World Zone 3 (inc. USA) -£10.50 International Tracked:  ***

*** Signed services will require a signature on delivery in order for you to receive your order.

Goods for delivery outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be charged when the order reaches your delivery address.

You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Hairwraps U.K. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

All orders are handmade within 3 to 5 business days and then posted First Class via Royal Mail.

Estimated shipping times:

United Kingdom:   1 - 3 business days

North America:   5 - 14 business days.

Europe:   5 - 14 business days.

Australia, New Zealand, Oceania:   5 - 14 business days.

Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing what you have bought, how much it cost and delivery options. At this time you will also be sent a confirmation by email re-stating the details for your records. This email does not however indicate that your order has been or begun to be processed or a confirmation of contract of purchase.

Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email from us detailing what you have purchased and confirming that your order has been shipped. We will also inform you of your tracking reference number. You can then use this tracking reference on the Royal Mail website where you can see the progress of your delivery.

All items sent by Hairwraps UK are sent 'Tracked'.

U.K. orders will require a signature, and so will some international orders, depending on your country. Please contact us if you have any concerns/queries about this.
